The study aims to know and analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline, compensation on employee performance both partially simultaneously. This research was carried out at PT. Sinar Jernih Suksesindo. procedure starts from trial instruments, data collection through questionnaires, conducting analysis, preparing report results. number samples studied amounted 130 employees. used in this is primary that researchers obtain directly source. result states leadership Compensation has significant with a sig value < 0.001. Factors affect include compensation, motivation. Work discipline needed produce good performance; employees will try do as much possible, resulting be better. Discipline must enforced an organization or company because without it difficult for companies realize their goals. key company's success achieving its goals discipline. A form awareness willingness person obey all organizational regulations applicable social norms.
